Tossed over the border with Nepal after a failed suicide attempt by her aide, Colonel Lei Cheng in now on trial for crimes against humanity in the Peace Palace at the Hauge. Max Connor, former associate of Jack's heads up the Android division. Other agents include Edith Caldwell daughter of billionaire movie producer Alex Bereford whose heros included the character in her father first porno movies, ie Jane Bond. Eventually, Susan Lei recruits from the US Secret Service in building her dream team of agents.
Who is Lei Cheng?
Colonel Lei Cheng is a character introduced in book one of the series. She was a Chinese Major, later Colonel, charged with law enforcement in the Gyrong province of Tibet. That was until the events of the book Tibetan Girl. Given a new name and new identity, her considerable skills are directed toward the capture of international criminals Harry Brady and the former General Xi and the destruction of their Cartel.
Do I need to read book one?
While you can enjoy this book on its own, reading the first book gives richer context to Lei Cheng’s journey.
